What is an Integrator Report?

The Integrator Report provides essential information on the status and health of all your installations.

Setting Up the Integrator Report Email

To receive the Integrator Report via email, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on your User profile icon in the top menu.

  2. Tap on the "Notifications" tab.

  3. Check the box labeled "Integrator Report".

  4. Select how often you wish to receive the report from the dropdown menu.

What's Included in the Integrator Report?

Highlights Section: This section provides an overview of recent activity, including the number of new TetherBoxes and cameras installed, as well as how often your customers access the platform:

Health Section: This part of the report details any issues across your installations. It includes the number of installations experiencing problems, specifics on which ones are offline, undergoing stress tests, or are overloaded. Additionally, it includes details about cameras that require configuration or have other issues.

Suggestions Section: Here, you'll find recommended actions and tips for optimising your installations, it will also include a list of older units, units where retention period has dropped as well as a list of admins that have not logged in for a prolonged period of time.
