The integrator report contains useful information about all your installations and their health status.
How to set up the Integrator Report email?
To configure receiving the Integrator report, go to your profile settings, the Notifications tab.
Put the checkbox opposite the Integrator Report and select the frequency of receiving this report from the drop-down list.
Example of the Integrator Report
In the beginning, you see the Highlights section, which describes how many new TetherBoxes and cameras have been installed, as well as the website traffic of your customers.
The health section describes how many of your installations have issues, which of them are offline, have issues with stress testing or are overloaded. Also in this section, you can see information about cameras that need to be configured or any issues about them.
In the suggestions section, you see the recommended actions and suggestions for improving your installations.
