Every end customer should have a separate timeline. Think of a timeline as a separate legal entity or enterprise. E.g. Dominos is 1 timeline and Pizza Hut is another. You should not have a single timeline shared between different legal entities.

With this said, every installation you do is added to your account, so your company will have access to all those timelines without any additional steps and you will see all of your installations reflected in your stats page, health page, integrator reports, etc.
