Yes, TetherX is NDAA compliant. TetherX do not use any components from non-NDAA compliant companies.

NDAA is about showing that no components from the non-NDAA compliant companies are used, i.e. In order for video surveillance equipment to be installed on U.S. government properties, it must comply with section 889 of the 2019 NDAA. In short, none of its components can be constructed by any of these companies:
