Login to TetherX and enter the users page.
​Note: the users page is only available for Admin and Integrator users

Remove any search filters eg. "Timeline name" or "User Type".

Make sure Timeline: All is selected on the left if you are currently on a Timeline the user does not have access to:

Search for the users name or email address they would use to log into the platform using the dedicated search bar.
​

If the user doesn't show up please try adding them in as a new user.
