Emails from TetherX originate from several sources, the key ones being:
TetherX / TetherBox - notifications about anything to do with the TetherX system itself - cameras down, new devices etc
Marketing databases - general sales & marketing emails
Accounts systems - invoices, statements etc
Platform notifications
If you no longer wish to receive emails from the TetherX / TetherBox:
Log into TetherX in the usual way
There is a link to do this at the end of all emails send by the system
Remove all notification requests from your account
To do this:
Click on your user account icon at the top right of the page
Click on the second tab (Notifications) and uncheck all options
Click on the Update button at the bottom of the page to save your changes
Sales and marketing emails
To remove yourself from sales and marketing emails, just click on the Unsubscribe link at the end of one of the received emails.
Other emails
Emails from the Tether accounting systems will only be sent if directly related to financial issues such as outstanding invoices. Once any such issues have been resolved, no more emails will be sent to you.
