In the TetherX platform, you can embed clickable telephone number links in any text box, including event comments, locations, camera notes, or TetherBox notes. This feature facilitates immediate call initiation to key contacts, such as key holders or other important personnel associated with the resource.
Steps to Add a Telephone Number Link:
Edit the Resource or Event:
Access the resource or event that requires the telephone number link.
Input Required Details:
Enter the name and any other pertinent information.
Highlight the Text:
Select the name or text you want to link to a telephone number.
Insert the Link:
Click on the link button in the formatting menu.
Enter the Telephone Number:
In the link input field, type
tel:followed by the desired phone number (e.g.,tel:+1234567890).
Save the Changes:
Click save to apply the link.
Once saved, the telephone number link will be active. It will appear in tooltips and on the main resource pages, allowing users to initiate a call with a single click.
