Meeting pages make it easy for clients to book time with you without the back-and-forth. In Tezzera, you can create different meeting types, set your weekly availability, add buffers, and automatically generate Zoom or Google Meet links.
Below is the fastest way to get your meeting scheduling set up.
Quick Links:
Create Your Meeting Page
Set Up a Meeting Type
Go to Meetings → New → Meeting Type.
Give your meeting a clear title your client will recognize (ex: Kickoff Call, Design Review, 30-Minute Check-In).
Choose the Location
Select how the meeting will happen:
Zoom or Google Meet (auto-created links if you’ve integrated either)
Phone call
In-person meeting
💡 If Zoom or Google Meet isn’t appearing, make sure those integrations are connected in Workspace Settings → Integrations.
Choose the Duration + Add a Description
Pick a meeting length, then add a short description so clients know what the call is for. Example: “Use this call to review your design concepts and ask questions.”
Set Your Availability
All availability settings live inside the meeting editor.
Choose Your Weekly Hours
Toggle on the days you want to be bookable and set the hours you’re available.
You can add more than one time block per day if you want focused work time in between.
Add Buffers (Optional)
Buffers help you avoid back-to-back calls. You can add 5–30 minutes before or after a meeting.
Control How Soon Clients Can Book
Set your advance notice to prevent last-minute bookings.
Most designers set this between 4–24 hours depending on their workflow.
Limit Bookings Per Project (Optional)
You can restrict how many times a client can book this meeting type within a project.
Useful for:
1 allowed Kickoff Call
Limited number of check-ins
Preventing unlimited “quick questions” calls
Blocking Off Time When You're Unavailable
To block off time in Tezzera as "busy" so that it cannot be booked, you can create a new "Event" for the day that you want to be unavailable.
To do this, go to Meetings → New → New Event.
In the event settings, adjust the event time to fill the entire day. That way it will be blocked off and unavailable for clients to book calls.
If you need to block off multiple days in your calendar, you'll need create a new "Event" for each day that you want to be unavailable.
If you have already connected your Google Calendar with Tezzera (available via the "My Account" page), then you can also block off time using that.
In your connected Google Calendar, simply create an event for when you want to be unavailable and make sure the event is set to "Busy". Then it should sync with your Tezzera calendar to show that time as being blocked off.
Share Your Booking Link
Share the Link Anywhere
Once your meeting page is saved, you can copy the link at the top and share it:
In an email
Inside a project task
In a portal message
Add It to the Client Portal (Quick Links)
Workspace Settings → Client Portal → Quick Links
⭐️ Important:
Quick Links are universal across all client portals. Only add links that make sense for every client (your main booking link is perfect).
Project-specific Quick Links are planned for a future update.
Embed Your Meeting Page on Your Website
You can also embed your meeting page directly on your website so clients can book calls without leaving your site.
To embed:
Open your meeting page
Click Share
Select Embed
Copy the embed code
Paste it into your website builder (Squarespace, Showit, Webflow, Wix, etc.)
💡 Embedding your meeting page creates a seamless, fully branded scheduling experience right on your site.
