As a reseller, we act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer. While we are not directly responsible for manufacturing faults, we will work with the manufacturer to assess and resolve your claim.
We comply with EU consumer law, which allows you to make a claim for faulty items up to two years after receiving them. This applies if the products have been used and cared for as instructed and handled with normal caution.
To make a claim, please contact our Customer Care Team with:
1. Clear photo evidence of the fault or defect.
2. Your order number.
Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure your claim is reviewed and handled appropriately.
