How to add your users/employees in BPro, and manage their access and profiles.

Creating a New User:

To create a new user, visit the User Management page under the Home menu. Then click the Create User button. Add the user’s first name, last name, email address, permission level, and primary franchise/location (for multi-location accounts).

Click the Invite button to send the invitation email. The invite email is valid for 2 hours, but can be re-sent from the user’s profile at any time. Once the user accepts the welcome email, they will be prompted to set their password, and then brought to the login screen.

User Management Page:

The User Management page has 3 sections: Active, Invited, and Deactivated. Each list can be searched with the search field, which searches by name, email, or role (permission level).

NOTE: Hub and Sub-Hub accounts are able to see and manage users across all attached sub-locations.

Click a user’s name to open their profile page.

User Profiles:

Within user profiles, you can re-send the Welcome Email (on Invited profiles), Reset Password (on Active profiles), or Deactivate/Re-Activate a profile’s access.

*NOTE: You can deactivate Invited users.

Add Profile Image - Click the camera icon to the right of the user’s name to upload a profile image.

Contact - You can also adjust a user’s permission / role, and add helpful contact information like, phone, address, and an Emergency Contact.

Professional Details - Set their start date and probation date if needed. (This serves as a reference)

HR - Set payment term (ie. Hourly), and Rate of pay (ie. $25/hr) *NOTE - Hourly Rate of pay calculates against punch ins/outs recorded on the My Day/Employee Dashboard page, and factors into the Timesheet Management Report results.

Email Signature - Add or edit your email signature. The email signature will be automatically added to the emails your user sends out of the system.

User Notes - Add notes to document important information about your employee.

Personal Information - Date of birth, Address information, and Email Signatures can be updated here.

User Files - Upload important documents, like employment contracts, or training/safety certificates.

Franchise Access - If you have a multi-location account (hub or sub-hub), you can assign access to any attached sub-locations, and define their primary franchise (the account they land in after logging in).
