See the details of the Notifications you have sent.
The Notifications Dashboard is your log for the notifications that have been sent out from your system. You can find your Notifications Dashboard under your reports menu on the left side. This dashboard allows you to see which notifications were sent to who, when, and how.
Plus, you can even see the delivery 'Status' of the message, which helps you know which notifications are getting delivered (SMS & Email) or read (In-App).
Notification Statuses Explained:
SMS:
- unsent - The SMS has not yet been sent to the delivery network.
- sent - The SMS has been received by the delivery network.
- queued - The SMS has been queued for sending to the phone carrier network.
- delivered - The SMS has been delivered to the recipient.
EMAIL:
- unsent - The email has not yet been sent to the delivery network.
- sent - The email has been received by the Email delivery network.
- delivered - The email has been delivered to the recipient.
APP:
- unread - The user has not yet read their notification.
- read - The user has read their notification.
ALL:
failed - Notification could not be sent. *** in this case you will be able to click on the 'errors' field in the dashboard and see some reasons for the failure.
