Set your default notification number, email and subscriptions

Manage the default Notification Settings for your BPro system.


From the Notification Builder page which can be found under your Customize menu, you can find your Notification Settings in the top-right corner of the page.

Click on the Settings button.  In the Notification Setting, you can:

  • Set your default 'reply-to' email - for all email notifications sent from your system.

  • Set your default 'from' phone number - will be displayed on all outbound SMS notifications sent from your system. NOTE: (Please Contact BPro Support to acquire an outbound SMS phone number)

  • Set your default Notification Subscriptions - this section works like a Master Switch for your notifications.  Selecting the checkboxes under App, Email or SMS will enable notifications sent by the selected delivery methods.   Un-checking the boxes will disable all notifications for the associated delivery method.  

In the picture above, since 'email' is set as a default subscription, any NEW customer or lead that is created after the default is set, will be opted-in to receive all BPro notifications that are set to send by email.  See customer profile below. Since we created this customer profile after turning the default email subscription on, the customer is automatically subscribed to all notifications types set to deliver by email.
