Customer and Lead Notification Settings

Control which customers or leads receive notifications and which don't. Choose which notifications a customer or lead receives or doesn't.

Customer and Lead Notification Settings allow you to control which customer/leads receive notifications and which don't, plus, you can choose which notification types they receive!

Within any customer or lead's profile page, you can configure notifications specific to that customer/lead.

Set Number and Email: (pictured below)

Phone Number:  Select from any phone number associated to the client/lead's profile to send SMS text message notifications to.

Email:  Select from any email associated to the client/leads profile to send email message notifications to.

NOTE:  All customers/leads will be opted-out of receiving any notifications by default. You must set a phone and email in order to send them notifications by these methods.

Choose which notifications they receive: (pictured below)

Notification Types:  Select which notification types you want your customer or lead to receive (the scenarios in which you want to notify your customer), and the delivery method to send them.  Below, the customer is set to receive 3 types of notifications by email and 2 by SMS.  These settings can be changed at any time.
