Task Interactions

Tasks are new type of Interaction within the Better system.  Tasks can be very helpful for tracking important to-do's in relation to Leads, Clients, and Orders/Jobs.

Actions

Actions are the physical steps that need to be taken in order to complete the Task. Actions can be assigned to your Task Interactions (see below).
