1) If you are locked out of your account, you can begin the process of changing your password at the TCS Login page and clicking on the Trouble Logging In? prompt.

Enter your email address to receive a Reset Password link to your email inbox.

Please note that if your TCS account email address does not match your payment email address, you will not receive a password reset link. In this case, please contact us at members@thecoachessite.com to have your password reset.

2) If you have access to your account and want to change your password from within your account. You can follow the steps below:

Access your account setting by clicking on your Profile Icon on the top right of the page.

Once In your account settings, make your way to the Password tab.

Simply re-type your new password in both fields, verify that they match and press Save.

Your new password has now been set!
