First navigate to your account settings by clicking on your Profile Icon in the top right corner of the screen.
In your account settings, navigate to the subscriptions tab in the top left and click the manage payments and invoices button to access your subscription plan.
You will then be prompted to enter your email address. Once submitted, you will get a email to your inbox which will lead you to the customer portal.
In your customer portal, you can either update or cancel your active subscription. To cancel, simply click the Cancel Plan tab.
Please note that canceling your plan will not deactivate your account immediately. You will have until your next due payment date to access TCS+ resources and site features. If you change your mind, you can reverse the cancellation of your account and keep your subscription until the next due payment date.
