The full-year curriculums are hosted on a dedicated section of The Coaches Site. When you click a curriculum link, the system verifies your login information. This process interacts with your browser cookies, which can sometimes prevent immediate access.
Steps to Regain Access
1. Log Out and Log Back In
Log out of your TCS account.
Close your browser and log back in.
Retry accessing the curriculum link.
2. Clear Your Browser Cookies
If logging out doesn’t solve the issue, clear your browser cookies. Follow the instructions here for your browser:
After clearing cookies, log back into your account and try accessing the curriculums again.
You Should Now Have Access
Once these steps are completed, you will have full access to all curriculums and programs hosted on The Coaches Site.
