Post Visibility Options

When creating a post, you can choose from three visibility settings:

1. Save as Draft

  • Only accessible to you.

  • Use this option if your content isn’t ready to be shared yet.

2. Public

  • Visible to all members of The Coaches Site.

  • Public posts appear in search results and on the Discovery page, making it easy for other coaches to find your content.

3. Private

  • Only visible to you and the people you choose to share the link with, such as your players or coaching staff.

  • Private posts in a group locker are also visible to other coaches in your group.

Changing Privacy for Existing Posts

You can update the privacy of any post at any time:

  1. Navigate to your Manage Content page from the top-left Main Menu.

  2. Select the post you want to edit.

  3. Adjust the visibility setting as needed.

Helpful Tips

  • Use Private posts to share team-specific drills, strategies, or feedback.

  • Public posts are ideal for sharing best practices with the broader coaching community.

  • Drafts allow you to plan and organize content before publishing.
