How to Cancel Your TCS+ Subscription

If you no longer wish to continue your TCS+ membership, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Follow the steps below to manage your plan.

1. Go to Your Account Settings

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown.

2. Open the Subscriptions Page

Inside your account settings:

  • Select Subscriptions from the left-hand menu.

  • Click Manage payments and invoices to open your billing portal.

3. Verify Your Email to Access the Customer Portal

You’ll be prompted to confirm the email associated with your TCS account.

  • Enter your email address.

  • Check your inbox for an email containing a secure link.

  • Click the link to open your customer billing portal.


4. Cancel Your Active Subscription

Inside the billing portal, you’ll see your active plan.

  • Click Cancel plan.

  • Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

What happens after you cancel?

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You will continue to have full access to TCS+ resources and premium features until your next scheduled payment date.

  • If you change your mind, you can reverse your cancellation anytime before the end of the billing cycle.
