How to update your payment information on The Coaches Site

If you need to change your credit card details or update your billing information, you can do so directly through your Account Settings. Follow the steps below to manage your payment information.

Steps to Update Your Payment Information

1. Access Account Settings

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to Subscriptions

  • Within Account Settings, click the Subscriptions tab.

  • Select Manage Payments and Invoices to view your subscription details.


3. Verify Your Email

  • You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your TCS payment.

โš ๏ธ Make sure this email matches the one used for your payment; otherwise, you may not receive the verification link.

  • Check your inbox for a confirmation email with a link to manage your billing information.


4. Update Your Payment Method

  • Click the link in the confirmation email to access your customer portal.

  • From here, you can:

    • Add a new payment method

    • Update your billing information

    • View your personal invoice history


Helpful Tips

  • Always ensure your billing email matches your TCS account to avoid delays.

  • Changes take effect immediately after updating your payment method.
