To track your order:
1. Go to your account
An OTP will be required.
NOTE: The OTP code is typically sent to your email and registered WhatsApp number.
2. Go to your orders
Go to your account, and find your order ID.
3. Track the order
Click on 'TRACK'.
Once you click on 'TRACK', you will be directed to the tracking page, where you can view the courier company delivering your order, the tracking number, and updates with timestamps and dates.
