As many of our customers are aware, we are able to create our products and ship them out to you per the 2018 Farm Bill. This bill allowed the federal legalization of hemp derived products in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, so long as they contain 0.3% or less of D9 THC by dry weight. To remain compliant with these laws, all of our products (gummies, edibles, tincture oil, flower, and vapes) are directly derived from the hemp plant, and contain <0.3% D9 THC by dry weight. Despite the Farm Bill, many states have laws or regulations surrounding these hemp derived products, and are strict on what they allow to be purchased or sold within the state*. We do not ship outside of the United States.
Since we carry a broad range of hemp derived products, and there are so many intricacies when it comes to these laws, we wanted to provide you with an easy way to see if the products you wish to purchase are legal where you live! Please note that we will keep this information up to date as often as possible, and that some states are currently in the midst of adjusting these laws, so information may vary. If you are interested in the specifics of these laws, please do your own research about the location you live in!
*Laws and regulations may also vary by county, this chart only denotes state laws. If you are concerned about the county you live in, please be sure to research this information.

Alabama* AL passed into legislation HB 445, stating that as of July 1st possession of any vapes, flower, or smokable products are restricted. Hemp derived gummies with a 10mg THC limit per dose and 40mg THC per container will be legal. All products sold by The Hemp Doctor remain federally compliant per the 2018 Farm Bill, but it is unclear if this will allow an exception to ship products into the state. We will update this page once more information is available.
