This plan has 2 Options: Singles or doubles

This is not a generic training plan.
It’s a structured, performance-driven HYROX race-prep system designed to meet you exactly where you are, and take you to race day confident, prepared, and sharp.

  • Up to 16 weeks of progressive training

  • Plus a specific pre-race peak & taper week to make sure you arrive fresh and fast

  • Adjusted to your paces, benchmarks/test results;

  • Adjustable to your availability (6 weekly sessions +2-3 Optional sessions);

  • Available in Singles or Doubles;

  • No fixed start date. No pressure.
    You can start whenever it fits your life and your calendar.

As soon as you register, we align your plan so that:

  • Your training blocks match your race date

  • Your peak and taper land perfectly on race weekend

Whether you’re chasing your first strong finish, a PB, or a podium, this plan gives you structure, clarity, and confidence all the way to the start line.
