Each warmup has two sections, the systemic heart rate elevating section and the joint specific mobility section.

The systemic warmup is comprised of cardio movements pulled from a cycled and randomized library to keep things interesting. Alternatively, the user may set a movement as preferred or lock out specific movements.

The joint specific warm ups pull from a library of active flexibility exercises based on which body parts will be the most emphasized during your workout.

Our app uses advanced algorithms with tags and buckets of exercises that create varied and organized warmups. This way, the Athlete never gets bored. The warm up will never be the same, and just like the program itself, continues to grow and change as the Athlete develops.
