How long are the workouts?

It isn't bad to workout everyday but you pick how many times you want to workout according to your individual lifestyle. At the moment all the workouts are full body but we have feature which you can choose how long you want your workouts to be, e.g. 10/30/60 minutes; and you can change between them!

The more workouts you do, the faster you will progress โ€“ but you are going at your own pace.
