As you embark on your calisthenics journey, you'll gradually master and unlock more challenging skills. This evolution means your training will adapt as you grow stronger.

Our app is designed around skills, and especially after mastering the fundamentals, your training might become uneven. This is because you have the power to choose the skills you work on, putting you in charge of your training plan.

It's crucial to be aware of this and balance your workouts using the tools within the app.

For instance, if you neglect leg progressions, your progressive workouts may become overly focused on the upper body.

What should you do when you've mastered all advanced leg progressions?

These are valid questions, and here are a few answers on how to maintain a balanced training routine.

Here are a few ways to do it:

  1. Balance Your Skill Selection:

As you embark on your journey and work through the fundamentals, your workouts will be perfectly structured. We use AI optimization to ensure you rotate through muscle groups effectively.

Things get more complicated once you master the fundamentals because now, you decide which skills to work on. It's important to be mindful when including advanced leg progressions in your workout. Incorporate lower body exercises and other skills to create a well-rounded routine. 2. Diversify Your Workouts with ON DEMAND & Alternative Section:

Another effective method to achieve balance is by incorporating On-Demand workouts. This is precisely the reason we created this On-Demand section. Here, you not only have access to individual On-Demand workouts but also a brand-new section featuring On-Demand programs. These are specially designed to assist you in balancing and enhancing your progressive workouts.

Soon, you'll find curated 4-week plans such as explosive leg workouts, weighted calisthenics, or focused ab training. In this scenario, the concept is to continue advancing your progressive skills while integrating On-Demand or alternative workouts to maintain a well-rounded routine.

3. Customize Your Settings:

In your account settings, you can control which workout sections appear in your routine. If the volume is too high, you can easily disable sections like Muscle Building, Endurance, or Skill. This way, your workouts will have lower volume and be more balanced.

As we are improving our app we are constantly looking for ways to create the most optimal workouts for you. Any feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
