Tags are a fundamental feature of the CRM, providing a way to efficiently organize and retrieve contact information. By categorizing contacts based on specific criteria, tags make it easier to manage and locate them within the system.

Consider managing a database with thousands of leads at various stages of your sales funnel. Tags enable you to categorize these contacts by their current status (e.g., new lead, hot lead, appointment booked).
