Manage Your OS Credits

OS uses a credit system for charging on additional conversation fees. Here is how it works:

  • Wallets are pre-loaded, meaning an upfront amount is charged to the card then the service usage is deducted from the wallet.

  • When the wallet has a minimum amount, the card is charged to reload the wallet. You can edit the wallet minimum amount, recharge amount, and the card on file from within Settings > Company Billing.

  • It is recommended to increase your "Recharge Amount", with increases in your communications.

  • Navigate to "Settings" > "Company Billing"

Email Pricing

What is LC Email?

LC Email acts as an email service provider hosted by the CRM, which has industry-leading Deliverability, Error Monitoring, and Compliance so your emails are much more likely to be delivered. It's also considerably less expensive when compared to other email service providers in the market.

Why was this feature built?

LC Email is designed to help accounts avoid the hassle of setting up and managing 3rd party email service providers like Mailgun or Sendgrid.

As such, we built LC Email to work out-of-the-box with minimal setup and configuration required. In short, we wanted to provide an email service that "just works."

LC Email Pricing

Pricing is $0.80 for 1,000 emails or $10 for 12,500 emails.

Note: All incoming and outgoing emails (To, CC, and BCC) will incur charges

LC Email Verification Pricing

You can request to turn on email verification through the chat widget or in your business profile, which will help to ensure you are sending emails to valid addresses. This service is charged at $2.50 per 1,000 email verifications.

FAQs

1. I was billed $10-$20 right away. However, I haven't called anyone yet and have only created one phone number. Is this expected?

Yes, the wallet would have auto-recharged as soon as the balance is below the amount set in the wallet configurator.

2. Will I be charged if I encounter an error when sending an SMS?

If there's an internal error with LC Phone before the message is handed off to the phone provider, you won't be charged. However, charges apply to every message where a delivery attempt has been made, regardless of the final delivery status. This includes messages sent from toll-free numbers, A2P numbers, and those not deliverable due to country restrictions or other factors. We urge users to be fully informed and cautious before sending messages, as refunds will not be provided for undelivered SMS.

3. Where can I see my email and phone usage?

You can see the client's email usage by navigating to

- Settings -> Company Billing -> See Transactions (under Credits)

4. IS OS Email HIPAA Compliant?

Yes! We have a signed BAA with Twilio for HIPAA compliance. As long as you have our HIPAA compliance package you should be good to go! Contact the team for more HIPAA Information.

5. Why does my sub-account only have a 15,000 email limit??

A sub-account without a Dedicated Domain will be considered a shared domain even if the agency has a Dedicated Domain. To resolve this, add a Dedicated Domain to the sub-account.

6. How does OS Pricing Compare Against Others?

OS is built for businesses eager to scale, which is why we offer transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing. This approach can save our users an average of $200/month.
