Managing Your Subscription, Payment Method & Wallet

Update your payment method for subscriptions using "Company Billing" in your "Settings". Manage your cards on file, review your subscription and manage your "Wallet" credits.

  • Navigate to "Settings" > "Company Billing"

  • "Subscriptions": View & Manage your Subscription

  • "Payments": Update your payment method and billing address. Keep track of your Payment History.

  • "Wallet & Transactions": Manage your wallet credits and recharge amount. When wallets drop below a minimum threshold, the Card will be charged to pre-load the amount in credits to the wallet to continue service. If the Wallet balance hits zero, services may be interrupted or stopped. Review your transactions.


Refunds

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable and will be charged on the first day of each term or renewal period, regardless of the level of your usage of the Site or Services.

Certain services offered on the Site may require additional fees beyond the subscription. Please note that all subscription fees are exclusive of communication surcharges, which you will be responsible for covering based on your platform usage. Partial billing periods are non-refundable

Both subscription fees and communication surcharges are non-refundable, and all fees will be charged to the credit card associated with your account. Review our Terms of Service & Refund Policy for additional details.


Downgrades

By subscribing to the Partner or Platinum tiers of the OS platform, you agree to the following terms regarding downgrades:

Non-Downgrade Commitment: When selecting the Partner or Platinum subscription tier, you acknowledge that downgrading to a lower tier is not permitted at any time during your subscription period. This policy is strictly upheld due to the nature of the digital products and services offered by the OS platform.

Digital Products and Services: Upon subscription, you gain immediate access to a range of digital products and services, including software features, marketing tools, customer support, and other resources. Given the instant accessibility of these offerings, downgrading your subscription tier after access is granted is not feasible.

Commitment to Tier Benefits: By choosing the Partner or Platinum tier, you commit to the full subscription term, ensuring uninterrupted access to the premium features and services associated with your tier.

No Refunds for Downgrade Requests: Downgrade requests for the Partner or Platinum tier will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued for such requests. Please carefully evaluate your subscription choice before committing to one of these tiers.

Subscription Renewal: Your Partner or Platinum subscription will automatically renew as per the terms outlined in the Subscription section of this Agreement.

Cancellations

Either the User or OS may cancel the User's subscription at any time, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the User must submit a cancellation request at least thirty (30) days before the start of the upcoming billing cycle.

Upon cancellation by either party, all fees due to OS up to the end of the current billing cycle remain payable.

After cancellation, the User will retain access to OS services until the end of the current billing period, during which time, the user should export contacts, disable integrations, turn off automations, and delete any scheduled events.

To cancel a subscription, the User may:

  1. Contact our team via the chat box, or

  2. Send a cancellation request via email to success@teamos.ai
