Using Player Reviews (Development/Performance Reviews)

PLEASE NOTE: You may need to refer to the Creating Player Reviews user guide if you cannot see any report types available.

To leave a Player Review, go the relevant area (usually called Performance Reviews / Development Reports). You should see a full list of the players in the team and see the total number of reports they have against them along with a timestamped latest update.

Firstly choose the Report Type from the Report Type box > you can now View/Edit previous reports of this type or Add a New Report on the right hand side of each player.

Adding a new report brings the Review template as built in created in the system settings along with the top inbuilt options of Title, Report Date and Status.

Title: A title of the report/review

Report Date: Can be backdated if needed

Status: This is the status of the report from

  • Hidden From Player - the players can not see the review

  • Active for player (staff comments hidden) - The player can now complete his/her sections without seeing coaches comments

  • Active for player (staff comments visible) - The player can now complete his/her sections whilst seeing coaches comments

  • Complete and Locked for player (staff comments hidden) - The player can see the review without seeing staff comments and cannot edit his/her comments

  • Complete and Locked for player (staff comments visible) - The player can see the review including staff comments but cannot edit his/her comments

This status can be updated when needed using the View/Edit option.

Complete the fields in the report, make sure you are happy with the Status before hitting the add report option at the bottom of the page.

If you would like to attach a file from your CPU to the report, click the add report with attachments option which redirects you to another page to upload your file.

Clicking on the view/edit option allows you to edit any of the staff input fields along with the status of the report.

If the report is active for players, they will be allowed to complete any fields that are marked as visible to players and are checked to allow player input (in system settings).
