Background
All Games Programme Fixtures are now uploaded to your PMA centrally via IFAS. Therefore any changes to said fixtures must be actioned through the 'Propose Change' feature. This allows the opposing club to accept/reject the change request and all change requests are fed back to IFAS ensuring the most accurate fixture details.
Any other fixtures that you arrange like friendlies can be added as normal using the 'Add Fixture' option. A guide for creating these fixtures is here.
Access
Within the Coaching & Games Programme and the Operations module of the PMA, any staff user with the following user roles will be able to access the fixture list.

Proposing a Fixture Change
The capability to request and accept fixture changes is only available to those with the Data Provider Fixture Manager role on their PMA profile. Please speak to your internal Super User or contact your Sports Office Client Manager for more information.
In the correct team (top right team selector) find the fixture in question.
From the far right hand side, you will see the option menu (3 dots).
Click 'Edit'.
You will notice that all the fixture details are locked, preventing you from editing them. This is an indication that it is a Data Provider fixture. At the top right of the page, you should see the 'Propose Change' button.
You will then be presented with a pop up box containing the fields for the proposed change.
You can select multiple teams at once if the change proposal is for multiple squads: i.e. a venue change for the U9, 10 and 11's can be processed together.
PLEASE NOTE: The team you are currently in will not be available to select because that is the fixture you have already selected.
You can now make the necessary change requests to the fixture by proposing changes to any of the available fields.
• Date & Time
• Venue
• Home/Away
• Fixture Status
• Reason for Change (This is a mandatory field, changes will not be actioned if this field is not populated)
PLEASE NOTE: If changing the venue of the fixture from a home venue to an away venue it is important to also change the Home/Away field accordingly. This will affect other areas of PMA wherever the fixture is displayed to the Home v Away format. Simply changing the venue will NOT change the home/away status automatically.
All changes made to any of the above fixture fields will be applied to ALL teams/Age group fixtures previously selected.
An automated email alert will be generated and delivered to the opposition with the details of the proposed changes for each fixture individually.
Proposed changes can be accepted or declined by the opponent on each fixture individually.
Proposed Fixture Changes
If you get notified of a Proposed fixture change from an opposing team, you can view said requests using the Proposed Fixture Changes link from the Nav bar:
From here, you can see all Incoming and Outgoing Requests and the status of each change request.
For any active incoming requests, you can Accept or Reject changes from the right hand side menu.
You can cancel any Outgoing proposals using the cancel button on the right hand side of the proposed change.
You can also view the Fixture Change Log for any individual fixture from the menu of the fixture itself
