How to Cancel Your Sukha Subscription

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

Begin by opening the Sukha application. In the upper right corner of the app, you'll see your avatar. Click on this to open a dropdown menu.

From this menu, select 'Settings'. This will take you to your account settings.

Step 2: Manage Subscriptions

Inside the 'Settings' page, you'll see an option for 'Manage Subscriptions'. Click on this to view your current subscription details.

Step 3: Current Subscription

Under 'Manage Subscriptions', you'll find a section labeled 'Current Subscription'. Here, you can review the details of your current plan.

To proceed with the cancellation, click on 'Current Subscription'. This action will direct you to a secure page managed by Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Step 4: Cancel the Subscription

On the Stripe page, you'll find the option to cancel your plan. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account altogether after canceling your subscription, you can do so by making a request to our Support team.

To access the Support channel, click on your avatar in the upper right corner again, and select 'Support' from the dropdown menu.

Here, you can send a message detailing your request to delete your account. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the process.


Please remember that deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be reversed. Make sure to back up any important data or information before proceeding with account deletion.
