Our card provider may block the initial card redemption (or future viewing after initial activation) for a variety of reasons:
1. If you're using a VPN or ad blocking apps. Please turn these off and try to redeem your card again.
2. If you've redeemed multiple cards in one day. Please wait 24 hours then try redeeming again.
3. Other times, the provider blocks by location.
If the problem isn't fixed by turning off all VPNs and ad blockers and/or waiting 24 hours, then please let us know so that we can escalate this to our card provider.
