You aren't able to top-up or recharge prepaid cards unfortunately.
Most users deal with small left-over balances by finding a merchant who will allow you to make a "split transaction". This means they will charge a specific amount to your prepaid card, and then charge the remaining balance using a separate payment method (eg, cash, another credit/debit card, etc).
