Rewards from credit card purchases (including Google Pay and Apple Pay) are locked as pending for 60 days to protect us from charge-back fraud risk. For Card-Linked Offers and Online Offers, it is closer to 60-90 days.

Your pending rewards will become accessible in your account once this two month period passes after each of your purchases.

Additionally, to be able to withdraw your rewards, you will need to have spent $21 (USD) within the app.
