How do Phone Top Ups work? | The Bitcoin Company Help Center

You can use The Bitcoin Company's phone top ups to send value worldwide, to over 150 countries and 700 prepaid phone providers, all while earning bitcoin rewards!

To use our phone top ups, you'll first need to update your TBC app to the latest version (v0.1.28). After that, follow these steps:

1. On the Shop screen, go to the "Phone Refills" section, then select the country and enter a phone number. Tap the arrow to continue.

2. On the Phone Operators screen, select the correct prepaid phone provider.

3. Enter the phone top up value, then tap "Purchase phone top-up".

4. Select whether to pay via the Lightning or On-Chain payment method, then complete the payment with your chosen Lightning or On-Chain bitcoin wallet.

Remember you can use "Show QR" and then scan the QR code with your wallet, or "Copy" the invoice details to paste into your wallet, or even use our "Open my lightning wallet" feature.

5. That's it! Enjoy your phone top-up and bitcoin-back rewards!
