After purchasing a prepaid Mastercard, you will receive a card claim link via the email you provided during checkout. Use the claim link to access the card activation website.

When you visit the card activation website, you will be prompted to provide your personal details to claim the card.

All users will need to provide their name, email, address, and phone number. This applies to Mastercards denominated in USD, CAD, CNY, EUR, and GBP.

If you purchased a USD, CAD, or CNY Mastercard, then this is usually all that is required. However, if there is an issue with the information you provided, then you may be prompted to disclose additional details, such as your date of birth.

In rare circumstances, such as when there is an issue with the information you provided in the initial verification steps, you may need to provide further proof of identity to claim your card. This is not expected for most USD, CAD, or CNY Mastercard activation processes and is reliant on the details you provide in the aforementioned steps.

On the other hand, if you purchased a EUR or GBP Mastercard, then you will always need to provide this additional identity verification, as these cards are 3DS enabled and require this added information to work correctly.

If you are unable or unwilling to provide your personal information during the claim process, then we do not recommend purchasing a prepaid Mastercard. Unfortunately we are unable to receive or provide refunds due to a change of mind or if you fail our card provider's verification process.
