  • Once you have a Unit to sell input, the MSRP and selling price will auto populate.

    • You need to enter the Trade values (Allowance, ACV, Payoff).

    • Book Value may or may not show up for you.

    • Enter in your Down payment and Deposit if any.

    • After running credit and submitting to a lender you should know your Buy/Sell rates, enter them in the corresponding fields.

  • Enter in your Term length along with 1st Payment Day.

  • If these are entered in then your Payment will auto calculate.

    • Under Dealer Fields you can enter in Holdback and Dealer Cash if you know it.

    • Front and Back Gross will auto populate based on the previous data you have entered.

  • If you are happy with the values entered and wish to proceed to printing, click on Grids.

  • Once you are in Grids, you can edit how you display the financing options to your customer.

  • Select and edit the options for;

    • Term

    • Buy rate (does not show to customer)

    • Sell rate

    • Down payment options

  • If you are happy with the information shown in the Grid and are ready to print this, click on Forms at the bottom of the page.

  • Once in Forms, in the AutoForm tab;

  • Make sure Loan and Grid are selected.

If Loan and Grid are selected your printout will look like this;

  • Your Grid will be displayed with the options you selected previously as well as the Finance information.

  • If all is satisfactory to you and you are now ready to print, select Print at the bottom right of your screen.
