Where Do I Find My Voicemails?

This document provides instructions on accessing missed voicemails in the MyDay interface when a customer leaves a message after an unanswered call.

From The Notifications Panel on your MyDay

1. Navigate to the bottom left of your "MyDay" screen. Identify the 'voice mail' icon.

2. Click on the 'voice mail' icon to open your "Inbox" and ensure that "Calls" is highlighted in red. This view will present all your calls, including any missed voicemails.

From The Navigation Bar

1. Click on the "Inbox" icon located at the top of the navigation bar.

2. This action will direct you to the same inbox page, displaying missed voicemails as detailed above.

Reviewing Voicemails

1. In the "Inbox," locate the voicemail of interest.

2. Click on the banner for the customer card to open detailed information.

3. Alternatively, click on the play button positioned to the left of the voicemail to listen to a playback.

Note: This process facilitates the efficient retrieval of missed voicemails, ensuring that you can stay informed about customer interactions, even during busy periods when phone calls may be missed.
