The information in this article relates to the "SmartCharge" surcharge EFTPOS product designed in for The E Group Payments (TEG) with our product issuer SmartPay.

Please READ CAREFULLY to avoid disappointment.

Incomplete application forms will be fully rejected for you to fix: OfferQH (OHQ) support team will only be accepting fully completed applications. Partially or poorly completed applications place stress on the system and hold up applications from Success Partners that are diligent in their approach. See Code of Respect for how we work together,

Poor hand writing will be rejected: Applications with poor hand writing will be rejected, unless they are submitted with a typed version of the application. Application Form located here

Submitting an application, where the business is not allocated to you in OfferHQ: If the business is not correctly allocated to your account in OHQ and an application is submitted, this deal will automatically be forfeited to TEG without prejudice. Please ensure the business is allocated to you. If you are having difficulty allocating or finding a business in OHQ, please reach out to support using the chat bubble.
