We do deliver to walk ups. However, there is a surcharge of $100 for deliveries and pickups for units on floors three and four and $150 for floor five. We are unable to deliver to walk ups above the fifth floor.

The ground floor is considered floor one.

Failure to inform us in advance of a delivery to a walk up will result in a rescheduling of your appointment plus a $250 rescheduling fee. All orders to walk ups are subject to approval by us.
