All of the items will be delivered in new or gently used condition. Gently used pieces are cleaned, structurally sound and completely functional. Leather and fabric items may show natural wear or color variation. Our wood, steel, glass and stone items may have light scratches or small nicks. Fabric items will arrive free of stains.

Before any gently used furniture is delivered to your home, it goes through our strict refurbishment process. After returning to our facilities, our in-house team eliminates any odor and bacteria with all natural, non-toxic cleaning agents. Once cleaned, our in-house team completes any necessary repairs and then provides approval for the item to be put back into circulation for our customers.

If a piece of our furniture would no longer meet our exceedingly high standard for customer ready condition, we donate to Habitat for Humanity.
