How do you assess damage when furniture is returned?

Your furniture loves you, so love your furniture back! A little wear and tear is expected but atypical damage (stains, chipped wood, rips, breaks, cracks etc) may need to be repaired or the entire item may need to be replaced. We will reach out to you to determine any repair fees, if applicable.

Please note that inspections are completed upon the return of furniture to our warehouse.
