Enrolling with MOD

Here, let us walk you through enrollment!

💡Have you received an invite code from MOD? You'll need that to get started with the enrollment process. If you haven't done so, make sure to join the waitlist for a chance to be selected and given an invite code!

Once you have been selected and received an invite code to enroll, you'll need to download MOD.

Ready? Let's get started!

What you'll need:

  • State-Issued ID (ex. Driver's license)

  • Paystub

  • Bank Account Login Info

  • Phone number

  • Email

Getting Started

  1. Enter the invite code you received

  2. On the login screen, select Get Started at the bottom

Create a Profile

  1. Enter your first name and last name

  2. Enter your email you wish to be associated with your MOD account

  3. Enter a strong password

    1. Your password must have at least 8 characters; including an uppercase and lowercase letter and a numerical and special character

  4. Re-enter your password

  5. Click Create profile

  6. Enter the verification code sent to your email

Set Up a Profile

  1. Enter your address

  2. Enter your phone number

  3. Enter your DOB (Date of Birth)

  4. Enter your SSN (Social Security Number)

  5. Mark once you have read the agreements

  6. Click Next

  7. Scan your state-issued ID

    1. Front of your ID

    2. Back of your ID

    3. Selfie with your ID

Read over your information and then continue once you verify it is correct.

Link a Bank Account

Using Plaid, search for your bank and enter your login credentials. We currently do not offer the ability to manual link.

Employment Verification

  1. Current Job

    1. Are you Full-Time, Part-Time, Self-Employed, Student, or Unemployed?

    2. What is your job title? This is the name of your position.

    3. How long have you been with this company?

    4. What is the name of the company?

  2. Pay Period

    1. How often do you get paid?

    2. When is your next payday?

  3. Current Job Location

    1. What is the address of the company you work for?

  4. Current Job Contact

    1. What is the name of your supervisor?

    2. What is your supervisor's phone number?

  5. Paystub

    1. Print out your most recent paystub and take a picture

❔Why does MOD ask this? Currently, MOD only accepts users who have Full-Time or Part-Time jobs. Self-Employed is currently not eligible with MOD.

Application Approval

The approval process is fairly quick. You should receive confirmation on your application status within 2-3 business hours.

Our office hours are 8:30AM-4:30PM (Central), Mon-Fri. Holidays may affect these hours.

Application Denied

When your application is denied, that is the indication that MOD was unable to extend credit at the time of your request. If you would like a statement of specific reasons as to why your application was denied, please contact us within 60 days of your denial date.

Congratulations! We are happy to have you on board. Let's continue with getting you set up.
