If you've lost or forgotten the password that you use to login to MOD, you can reset it with a new one within the app.
Open MOD.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
Enter your email address.
You'll receive a one-time verification code to reset your password.
Come back to MOD & enter the code.
Follow the prompts to create a new password containing:
At least 8 characters total
Both uppercase and lowercase letters (A, z)
A number (0-9)
A special character (!, %, @, #, etc.)
To keep your account secure, we highly recommend that you choose a unique password that you do not use anywhere else.
Avoid using any names, dates, phrases, etc. that would make it easier for another person to guess.
