How to Integrate wFirma with Theraplo

Integrating wFirma with Theraplo allows you to automatically generate invoices from Theraplo directly into your accounting system, eliminating manual data entry.

Below is the complete step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Log in to wFirma

  1. Log in to your wFirma account.

  2. After logging in, you will see your main dashboard.

  3. In the top-right corner, click your avatar.

  4. Select Settings.

Step 2: Generate API Keys in wFirma

  1. In Settings, go to the Security section.

  2. Click Applications.

  3. In the new window, open the API Keys tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Enter an application name (e.g., “Theraplo”).

  6. Click Save.

  7. Enter your wFirma account password.

  8. Click Authorize.

After authorization, the system will generate two values:

  • Access Key

  • Secret Key

Save both values — you will need them in Theraplo.

Step 3: Add API Keys in Theraplo

  1. Log in to Theraplo.

  2. Go to:
    ​Settings → System → API Integrations

  3. Select wFirma from the available options.

Add Access Key

  1. Paste the Access Key into the appropriate field.

  2. Click Add / Update.

  3. Wait for the confirmation message.

Add Secret Key

  1. Paste the Secret Key.

  2. Click Add / Update.

  3. Wait for confirmation that the data has been saved.

Once both keys are saved, the integration becomes active.

Step 4: VAT Configuration (Important)

If you are not a VAT payer, you must configure this correctly in wFirma:

  1. Go to the Taxes section.

  2. Open VAT Tax settings.

  3. Uncheck the option VAT Payer.

  4. Select the appropriate legal basis for VAT exemption.

If this is not configured properly, invoices generated from Theraplo may contain incorrect VAT rates.

Testing the Integration

After completing the setup:

  1. Create a test invoice in Theraplo.

  2. Verify that it appears in wFirma.

  3. Check that:

    • Customer details are correct

    • VAT rate or exemption is correct

    • Invoice numbering is consistent

If the invoice does not generate:

  • Double-check the Access Key and Secret Key

  • Ensure the application in wFirma is active

  • Verify VAT configuration
