How do I change my plan?

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription

If you want to change from one plan or payment period to another, log in to your account and go to Change Your Plan. Select your new plan, apply your coupon (if you have one), then go to checkout and set up your new payment.

The system will cancel your old payment subscription and the system will normally pro-rate your first payment (if you switch before your renewal date). Please message us for assistance if you have one of the following situations:

  • You canceled your old payment subscription so your first payment on the new plan did not pro-rate for your unused time on the old plan.

  • You set up your current payment subscription prior to our upgrade to this membership system and your membership plan on your account profile begins with S2 (unusual).

Thinking about canceling your subscription? Please message us, because we want to know what we could do to improve your experience to keep you training with us. If you simply must cancel, log in and go to My Account/Manage. Scroll down to Subscriptions and click cancel. Follow the prompts and hit OK to confirm cancellation.
