You can see your sessions by clicking on Athlete Area or one of the items on the Training Plans menu.
If you cannot see your workouts, check for one of the following causes:
Your subscription payment has not been received. For example, your account might have an expired card. If the Manage My Account page shows your membership level as New Payment Needed, go to Get Started (while logged in), pick your plan, apply your coupon (if you have one) and checkout to set up a new payment.
Your browser cached old website code that is obsolete. For example, this can occur when there have been WordPress upgrades. Execute a hard refresh (clear your cache), then check if you can see the workouts. To clear your cache while on the site:
Windows. Press Ctrl + f5
Mac. Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button
Phone. Reload the site, then immediately reload it again
