If downgrading your plan, the change will be made at your next billing cycle. Mid-cycle downgrades are unavailable as the service has already been paid for that cycle.
If upgrading your plan, you can do so with immediate effect and pay the proration for the upgrade.
To proceed with upgrading or downgrading, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Parent Insights App.
Visit My Account in the side navigation.
3. Select the student for which you wish to adjust the plan and click Manage Plan.
4. Choose the option to upgrade or downgrade depending on which plan you are interested in moving to.
