When will I be charged, and how much will it be?

You will be automatically charged after the 7-day free trial ends. The charge will be for the plan and billing cycle you have selected. During your free trial week, you can change the plan anytime! Just log into the Parent Insights App to update the plan before your one-week trial ends.


What if I want to cancel my trial?

We want to make sure you feel happy and confident with your decision to join the Thinkster family! You can always cancel your trial or modify the plan by logging into the Parent Insights App.


Do you allow subscription pauses?

The ability to pause service for 1-3 months is available only for our customers billed annually. You must provide a 30-day notice to pause service and you can log in to your Parent Insights App to set the pause.

How does your cancelation policy work?

We require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or partially used membership periods.

Monthly Billing Cycle:

Your cancelation is effective 30 days from the date you send the cancelation request. You will have one final payment during this period, at which you will be charged a partial/prorated fee. This is for the period from your usual monthly billing date to the last day of service. You will continue to have full access to the program until the 30-day period ends.


Quarterly & Annual Billing Cycles:

Cancelation request sent more than 30 days before the end of your billing period:

You will continue to have access until the paid period ends. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or partially used membership periods. By choosing a quarterly or annual subscription, you are receiving a special discount by paying upfront for the entire period. This is why there are no mid-cycle cancelations. Affirm and PayPal Credit are absolutely nonrefundable, as your agreement is set directly with the chosen third-party financial company.
